There is a non-refundable twenty-dollar ($20.00) entry fee for this exhibition. This fee allows a total of up to five (5) works to be exhibited at any one time. There are no discounts for less than five. Additional works may be added throughout the show to replace items that are sold.
Standards and Media
Participating artists may submit up to five (5) craft works including, but not limited to: pottery, baskets, ceramics, fiber, glass, hand-made paper, jewelry, leather, metal, mixed media and wood. Crafts made from commercial kits or plans will not be accepted. Entries must be original and created within the last two years (i.e. no works earlier than 2016) and never previously exhibited at RAL.
Labels can be printed from a link at the end of this form. Make sure to place the labels in a place that is not visible when your works are on display. Small works such as jewelry may be securely tagged with smaller labels that contain the same information as above.
The Rehoboth Art League will provide an opening reception on Friday, June 15, 2018 from 5 - 7pm. Images of selected works will be used on the RAL website and in promotional materials. This includes the implied consent of the artist to allow the RAL to incorporate them into educational materials, press releases and other related publicity.
Although we make every effort to handle all works with extreme care, the RAL is not responsible for any losses or damages that occur to any works. No works in this exhibition can be NFS (Not for Sale).
Sale and Payments
The RAL shall set the artworks at the retail prices given by the artist. The artist will receive a sixty-five percent (65%) payment for the sale of any works. Payments are made on a monthly basis. The RAL will receive a thirty-five percent (35%) commission for any works sold during this exhibition.
Delivery and Pick-up
All artwork must be delivered to the RAL Henlopen Acres Campus between June 4 - 11, 2018. Only works delivered by June 11, 2018 will be eligible for awards.
