There will be an emphasis on hand building for beginners.  Lessons will cover basic construction techniques along with a serious introduction to glaze and surface treatment.  Individuals who already had an Introduction to Wheel Throwing class are welcome.  An introduction to the pottery wheel will not be offered in this class.
